Traverse Bay Resiliency Center
The Traverse Bay Resiliency Center is a community-based resource designed to support long-term healing and promote mental health for individuals and the broader community following the mass violence incident that impacted our community in July 2025 at Walmart in Traverse City. Resiliency Centers are intentionally built to respond to the unique needs of the communities they serve and may operate for varying lengths of time depending on funding and community needs.
We want to hear from you!
To help us build the most meaningful and effective support, we invite you to complete a brief survey. Your input will guide the development of our services, and we will keep you informed throughout the process unless you prefer otherwise.
Each Resiliency Center offers services tailored to its community, whether in person or virtually. At the Traverse Bay Resiliency Center, we believe those most directly impacted should help shape the services we provide—both now and in the future. Even if you’re unsure of what you need, your voice matters.
